Business Presentation & Collaboration

With today's more cost-effective electronic presentation systems, together with the ever-increasing speed and scope of corporate information networks, ideas and images are electronically captured and disseminated, allowing company messages to be displayed around the building.

Communications with staff or meetings with customers occur not only in traditional formal meeting rooms, but in any corner of the enterprise informal settings, such as canteens, reception areas, and in micro meeting rooms dubbed "Huddle spaces". The simultaneous connection from these spaces to remote offices, or with staff on the road, allows real-time collaboration with participants who may otherwise have been absent, or who would have had to make an expensive journey to be involved.

Integrated Circles' recognises that every business not only has individual communication goals, but varying levels of budget to work within. Whether the requirement be for a state of the art boardroom, lecture theatre, training room, Interactive presentation area, digital signage system, huddle space or telepresence conferencing suite, our project managers will take a brief, and with the engineering team select the most appropriate components to fit the brief then, build and program the system around that bespoke requirement.

Working for almost four decades not only within corporate presentation, but also within public exhibition and leisure markets, gives integrated circles a competitive edge when asked to provide a presentation system that will not only provide outstanding reliability and ease of operation, but can also deliver a sense of occasion or dramatic effect, with innovative use of lighting effects, projection systems, electronically controlled LCD glass, sound, smoke or interactive and gesture technologies.

Working Process...

Integrated Circles find that best results can be achieved when working from an early project stage with a client, their interior designers and fit out contractors, ensure that the technology can be best accommodated within the structures for aesthetic, technical and ergonomic harmony, thus complementing the overall facility design.

After initial installation, Integrated Circles are often asked back by clients to fit out other meeting zones in headquarters or satellite offices. As a result, the client’s staff can walk into any Integrated Circles equipped area and can find a familiar control interface, allowing them to conduct their presentation with confidence, as if at their home site.

Integrated Circles offer optional maintenance agreements with all installations, ensuring ongoing system resilience and investment protection.
