Digital Signage and Presentation facilites for Proximity London

Continuing their eight year association with Proximity London, the renowned direct and digital marketing agency, Integrated Circles has recently completed the installation of a new integrated Audio Visual System into the companies atrium / reception area.  This acoustically challenging area is required to provide a good first impression to visiting clients as well as being suitable for the companies’ all-staff meetings, regular social gatherings. 

Working closely with Proximity London’s in house creative talents, the in house Facilities and IT departments and Redjacket design, Integrated Circles produced a flexible and easy to use facility, reusing some of their own brand equipment already owned by Proximity, together with new, up to the minute equipment from Crestron, NEC and LG.

Three 60” NEC and one 71” LG plasma screens can individually or collectively display sources including satellite TV, computer presentations, DVD footage and, for the less serous moments, a Wii games machine is integrated into the system. Audio playback is independently controlled so that any of the above sources, as well as audio from the integrated DAB radio or CD player can be replayed throughout the whole space, Radio microphones are provided for staff meetings and social events.

All control is via a Touchscreen control panel on the reception desk, which has been   customised to match the Clients brand image. The user interface provides simple and intuitive control of all of the audio visual facilities, and has a password feature which can be used to lock out unauthorised changes to the set up.

The facility went live at the end of December, with a launch and party for all staff and contractors.
