The Compact VideoStore is Integrated Circles’ third generation digital video player and has been specially developed for use in
Museums, Visitor Centres, In-Store Displays, Foyers and Corporate Exhibitions, where either constant looping video playback or on demand video selection is required.

The Compact VideoStore reproduces crisp, high quality video images from an MPEG 2 digital video stream and is ready to connect to a video monitor of any size or large screen video projection system. Together with quality images, clear, stereo audio is faithfully reproduced through the on-board power amplification system. As with all Integrated Circles’ products, the Compact VideoStore has been developed by our in-house engineers and built with an emphasis on reliability, to provide a product that will withstand the rigours of constant daily operation, in demanding public exhibition environments. With no moving parts the Compact VideoStores’ solid-state design is totally maintenance free and backed up by a full five-year warranty.



COMPACT VIDEOSTORE – SOLID STATE WITH NO MOVING PARTS

Integrated Circles’ Compact VideoStore uses non-volatile memory to store the video and audio tracks. Unlike any other medium including tape, optical drives such as DVD or Video CD, or even hard discs, our Compact VideoStore has no moving parts to wear, degrade or suffer mechanical failure.
The Compact VideoStore is cool running and silent in operation, having no fans on board or special air handling requirement. Using a dedicated yet simplistic embedded command structure, the Compact VideoStore requires no special boot up or shut down procedures, nor has any special operating system configurations to worry about. Integrated Circles’ Compact VideoStore is totally maintenance free and like our Digital SoundStores, which are found in museums and exhibitions all over the world, is tolerant of harsh environmental
conditions.

COMPACT VIDEOSTORE - THE IDEAL REPLACEMENT FOR LASER DISCS AND MOVING MEDIA

Integrated Circles’ Compact VideoStore is the ideal replacement for aging or obsolete technologies such as laser disc, videotape or video CD. With on board video amplification and professional connectors, images from the Compact VideoStore can be duplicated on two monitors, without the need for external splitters or interfaces.

COMPACT VIDEOSTORE - FOR INSTANT VIDEO PASSAGE REPLAY

The Compact VideoStore will provide users with positive feedback, by instantly replaying video once a passage has been selected.
Alternatively, since programs are stored digitally, shows can be looped for continuous video playback.

COMPACT VIDEOSTORE - ON BOARD AUDIO POWER AMPLIFIER AND SHOW CONTROLS

Separate disc controllers and amplifiers are a thing of the past. Integrated Circles have designed the Compact VideoStore to be a
stand-alone video and audio unit, providing better value for money. The built-in 20 watt RMS per channel stereo power amplifier can be directly connected to loudspeakers, providing clear stereo audio sufficient for most applications.

Line outputs have also been provided for connection to external power amplifiers for large theatre shows or induction loop systems.
Furthermore, presentations can be triggered directly from volt free contact closures provided by suitable external trigger devices such as
push buttons, P.I.R.s or infra-red beams, without the need for clumsy interface boxes, leads and protocols.

COMPACT VIDEOSTORE - IDEAL FOR PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY EXHIBITIONS

Integrated Circles’ "build quality" ensures the Compact VideoStore years of trouble free operation for permanent exhibitions. With the ability to easily change, delete or add new video passages, the Compact VideoStore is also ideal for temporary exhibits or in-store displays. Mobile applications can also benefit from the robust construction, solidstate design and self contained stereo audio power amplifier.

Integrated Circles’ VideoStore has been built within a sturdy, yet compact 2U metal case and can be supplied with brackets to enable
mounting into an industry standard 19" equipment rack cabinet. The Compact VideoStore is fitted with professional robust, video, audio and control sockets.
